TechHub EKSU Terms, Agreement & Operational Policy

The core principles, expectations, and operational standards that guide membership, collaboration, and impact within TechHub EKSU.

1. Introduction

TechHub EKSU operates as the central innovation community for students of Ekiti State University, uniting all tech-based communities and individuals under a structured, disciplined, and impact-driven system. Membership in TechHub EKSU is a privilege, not an entitlement. All members must adhere strictly to the policies, conduct rules, and participation standards herein.

2. Membership Structure

TechHub EKSU operates under two official engagement tracks, designed to support intentional learning, structured growth, and clear talent progression within the community.

2.1 Pre-Fellowship Program (Entry Level)

The Pre-Fellowship is open to all new or aspiring members seeking to understand TechHub culture and build foundational skills. Participants in this track will focus on foundational learning in technology and soft skills, discipline and consistency, completing weekly tasks and evaluations, and exploring various tracks before choosing a specialization. Only members who demonstrate readiness, consistency, and skill growth will qualify for selection into the Fellowship.

2.2 Fellowship Program (Core Unit)

The Fellowship is reserved for committed, capable, and disciplined members who have met the required performance standards. Fellows are responsible for working on real-life community projects, leading initiatives and driving collaboration, representing TechHub externally, participating in advanced learning, and maintaining high discipline and contribution.
